Movement has always been at the heart of Adriana’s life. After two decades of training and teaching dance, she discovered yoga through movement — a journey that soon evolved into a deeper exploration of breath, awareness and self-understanding on and off the mat. She completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa trainings in India and has since dedicated years to self-study in both the Ashtanga and Ghosh traditions, as well as mobility work and breathwork. This experience shapes her classes through intelligent sequencing, functional strength building, nervous system regulation and close attention to each student’s individual needs. Adriana’s teaching style is direct, encouraging and compassionate. She creates a supportive space to explore physical and mental challenges, develop body and breath awareness, and build a sustainable practice that continues to support students beyond the class.
