Heidi Ulrich

Heidi, a Swiss-Australian, is a former professional ballet dancer, mother of three, yoga teacher, and studio owner. In 2012, she co-founded Yoga Moves Nyon, the first Hot Yoga studio in French-speaking Switzerland. She also trains teachers and organizes retreats. Her love of movement is natural and adaptable, tailored to her students’ needs. With over 12 years teaching Hot Yoga, Heidi brings high-energy, structured practices to all her classes, complemented by breathwork inspired by Max Strom and Yin Yoga influenced by Josh Summers and Bernie Clark. Her mantra, “Your body, your practice,” reflects her respect for each student and her supportive, encouraging teaching style. Relocated in Zurich, Heidi values living in a beautiful city close to her family while continuing to share her passion for yoga.
