It has been scientifically proven that our body, mind and soul suffer from having to function permanently and often under constant stress. We women in particular burn out quickly and lose our vitality, creative energy and zest for life. We intuitively long to flow back into our original complexity, sensuality and creativity. To get in contact with us again, to give space to ourselves and everything that defines us. And to rediscover ourselves and to develop freely. All of these are essential needs. Recognizing this, getting to know and appreciate yourself better are the cornerstones of true self-love.
In this workshop weekend you can do all of that. With rituals from Yin and Restorative Yoga, Non-Linear and Somatic Movement, with breath and breathwork, mudras and meditations, but also with Embodied Anatomy (experienced anatomy), massage and journaling.
Learn refreshing approaches that nourish, harmonize and revitalize your nervous system and your female body and psyche. We dedicate ourselves in particular to our pelvis, our sensuality and creative power, as well as the connection with our heart.
The two workshops will teach you rituals that are essential for your feminine vitality and your ability to love yourself, especially in times of great challenges and changes. They help to soothe and balance tiredness, stress, excessive demands, insecurity and the separation of the body, feelings and sensuality.

Diana is an author, lecturer and coach for yoga, meditation, body mind science and self-care. She discovered yoga over 33 years ago and studied it in the early 90s in monasteries in India and Nepal. Since then she has explored the connection and the transformative potential of body, mind and heart with her masters from the Himalayas, her long-time shamanistic mentor from New Mexico, as well as in her earlier engagement as an artist. Out of her longing to understand her own self and the mysteries of life, she graduated in Fine Arts and immersed herself in various yoga teacher training courses, including classical hatha yoga, anusara yoga, nada yoga, and woman self-care. In her decades of self-exploration of her own body, psyche and creativity, ancient knowledge from yoga, Ayurveda and TCM merges with somatic movement, breathwork, artistic and creative methods.
A passionate E-RYT500, Diana has shared her love for yoga for more than 12 years. She trains yoga teachers and encourages her students to develop their path of life through Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, Pranayama and Chanting. Seekers find space and tools to reconnect to their own core in her online courses, individual coaching, workshops, yoga teacher trainings and retreats.
In her inspiring woman self-care programs, women are allowed to re-discover, nourish and enjoy themselves in their womanhood and self-love.
Diana lives mainly in Zurich and partly in Berlin and Asia. She has published numerous articles in the renowned ‘Yoga Aktuell’ Magazine and is currently writing a book.

Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm: Nurture & Awake (Session 1)
Immerse yourself in your body, flow with your breath, feel and relax.
Focus: Body and emotion awarness, breathwork, pelvis activation and relaxation
Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Awake & Love (Session 2)
Awaken the senses, free the breath, release and create.
Focus: Body and emotion release, breathwork, heart connection and activation
This workshop is suitable for all women who want to rediscover, experience and develop themselves. No previous yoga knowledge is necessary.
For experienced yoginis, teachers and therapists, the two workshops offer approaches and rituals to expand yoga for the needs of women, as well as to nourish one's own body, psyche, creative power and self-love. Especially if you are working with people as a therapist, bodyworker or caregiver, if you are a mother or in phases of change, it is essential to fully appreciate yourself and to take care of yourself first.
Diana teaches in English and German of necessary.
The cost are Fr. 160.- for the entire workshop; Fr. 90.- per session
