Friday Morning Intensive with Maria Pountou & Mirjam Haymann

This Intensive Course is part oft he 200 hour Teacher Training. The 2.5-hour practice is open to everyone.

These intensives offer a rare opportunity to study and embody asana, breathwork, and meditation in a far more immersive and refined way than in a typical weekly class.

Each 2.5-hour session runs from 08:00 to 10:30 am and is most suitable for yoga practitioners with some experience.

Even if you are already a teacher or if becoming one isn’t your goal, you are warmly invited to join selected morning practices within our Teacher Training program.

The environment is focused, supportive and inspiring, enabling you to deepen your physical practice and your understanding of yoga both physically and holistically.
