Adriana Subasic

Movement has always been central to Adriana’s life. After twenty years of dance training and teaching, she found her way into yoga through movement first — a path that quickly deepened into a study of how we breathe, live, and meet ourselves on and off the mat. She completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa trainings in India and has spent years in extensive self-study of both the ashtanga and ghosh lineage, as well as mobility work and breathwork. This background shows up in her classes through intelligent sequencing, functional strength, nervous system regulation, and clear attention to each practitioner’s unique strengths and needs. Adriana teaches in a way that is direct, encouraging, and compassionate. Her strengths lie in quickly reading the energy in the room and adapting accordingly. She offers a supportive space where you can explore physical and mental challenges, build body and breath awareness, and develop a practice that feels sustainable and continues to support you long after you step off the mat.
