On the search to slow down, finding stillness and release stress Céline first found meditation and through that her yoga journey began. She was always very active but finally had the need to balance this active life of hers. For Céline yoga is more than a series of movements, yoga is a way of life. It is her solid foundation and it’s the best antidote to this fast world. After all the mind is everything: What we think, we become.
You can expect strong classes, which are very alignment-based and playful. There will be a lot of focuses on connecting the breath with the movement, to connect to your mind and body.
Céline teaches mainly in English but speaks German and English.
