
Chantal Stäubli
Chantal has been working in journalism for many years. Yoga came into her life later and built a bridge between observing and analysing the world and feeling and exploring her own being. She found a particular affinity with Iyengar Yoga: looking closely, going deep, recognising structure in chaos. She is grateful for all the inspiration, valuable knowledge and intensive lessons she has received from her inspiring teacher Mirjam Haymann. Chantal's teaching is based on her own practice and the principles of Anusara and Iyengar Yoga. She attaches particular importance to precise alignment. For her, humour and lightness are just as much a part of yoga as discipline and precision. This creates a powerful practice in which boundaries can be explored playfully and mindfully and personal strengths can be developed. An atmosphere in which one can encounter the unknown with an open heart.
