
Claudia Garati
Claudia, raised in Switzerland, began practicing Hatha Yoga in 2000. After moving to New York in 2005, she completed the YogaWorks 500-hour Teacher Training and became a certified Yoga Alliance instructor (E-RYT500®, YACEP®) in 2006. She continued her studies in New York and San Francisco with teachers including Alan Finger, Mark Whitwell, Bridget Shields, and Sara Tirner. Between 2016 and 2019, while in Asia, Claudia explored Universal Yoga with Copper Crow/Andrey Lappa, Yoga Nidra, and handstand training with Marysia Do. She returned to Switzerland in 2019. Her teaching blends dynamic and static practice in energetic balance, emphasizing individual alignment for safety and freedom. Claudia’s goal is to help students connect with their breath, deepen presence in each asana, and bring yoga’s benefits into daily life. She teaches in German and English.
