
Malina Magdalena Maeder
Malina began practising yoga regularly while travelling at the age of 20. A year later, she followed her intuition to India, where she completed her first teacher training in Rishikesh — an experience that had a deeply positive impact on her life. Since then, both her physical and spiritual practice have become a steady anchor. Driven by curiosity, Malina continues to expand her knowledge through further education in yoga and meditation, as well as in sports and spiritual coaching. Her teaching style is dynamic and energising, blending elements of Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. She aims to create an inspiring space where students can experience the joy of movement, connect more deeply with their body and develop greater self-awareness.
