Advanced Vinyasa Yoga
This led class draws on the Ashtanga system’s use of vinyasa, which is to move with the breath, to explore postures in a more experimental and playful environment than the other formats within the Ashtanga vinyasa program. The class concludes with a short talk on spiritual practice within the context of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and builds on the foundation of ideas that we explore over time in order to add another dimension to the asana practice.
