This practice includes  an energising pranayama, dynamic sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, chest openers, backbends, twists and finishes with a balancing Kriya meditation practice.

A 60 minute sequence designed to calm and rejuvenate those with a predominance of fire in their constitution, which in Ayurveda is called Pitta dosha. This practice includes a focused breathing and mantra practice, a cooling warm up to massage the abdominal organs and open the diaphragm, moon salutations, a standing pose sequence which emphasises twists and forward bends, nourishing backbends with some challenging variations, and seated twisting and forward bending postures that open the hips, release stored stress and calm the mind.
