A 40 minutes sequence designed to soothe and restore those with a predominance of air and space in their constitution, which in Ayurveda is called Vata dosha. This practice includes a restorative pranayama, sun salutations with measured breathing, a grounding standing pose sequence, nourishing backbends, inverted and supine poses that support the digestion, twists and seated poses that tone the kidneys and a heart centred kriya meditation practice.
