SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama Level 2 is a balanced, refined, and holistic sequence for advanced practitioners created by Talia Sutra. It combines the dynamic methods of Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa with the quiet wisdom of the Ghoṣ tradition, as well as Talia Sutra’s own methods and insights.
LAAIC stands for “Love And All Is Coming” and is an international yoga school, community, and training platform founded by the renowned yoga teacher Talia Sutra. LAAIC strives for a sattvic approach to yoga āsanas and Hatha Yoga in general, emphasizing a balanced state of mind regardless of the associated physical (and subtle) exertions. Like all TS-LAAIC courses, SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama is grounded, methodical, intuitive, and deeply cleansing. It guides you through dynamic vinyasas, foundational postures, long holds, and deep activations of the spine in five directions for a complete energetic cleansing.

Movement has always been central to Adriana’s life. After twenty years of dance training and teaching, she found her way into yoga through movement first — a path that quickly deepened into a study of how we breathe, live, and meet ourselves on and off the mat.
She completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa trainings in India and has spent years in extensive self-study of both the ashtanga and ghosh lineage, as well as mobility work and breathwork. This background shows up in her classes through intelligent sequencing, functional strength, nervous system regulation, and clear attention to each practitioner’s unique strengths and needs.
Adriana teaches in a way that is direct, encouraging, and compassionate. Her strengths lie in quickly reading the energy in the room and adapting accordingly. She offers a supportive space where you can explore physical and mental challenges, build body and breath awareness, and develop a practice that feels sustainable and continues to support you long after you step off the mat.
