Anusara Yoga (BASIC)

The word Anusara means "to be in the flow of grace". Anusara Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga and combines powerful biomechanical principles of body alignment with a deep spiritual understanding of yoga. Anusara Yoga is also well suited for yoga beginners, because on the one hand each posture is announced with great precision, on the other hand, the high intensity of the exercises at a moderate pace makes it possible to quickly experience the full benefits of the yoga practice.
