Restorative Asana & Meditation

Restorative Asanas in the evening provide openings for breath, stabilise the nervous system and help to quiet the mind. The Pranayama and Kriya practice in the evening can help to support sleep, access the Meditation states and cleanse the Energy Channels.
Open to all levels, although not recommended for absolute beginners since these practice require some previous experience in the Asana practice and the ability to be comfortable in the seated position.
