Online reservations
Online bookings can only be made with the subscription corresponding to the class duration.

Trial Subscription
The trial subscription can only be purchased once per person. Trial subscriptions cannot be interrupted or extended under any circumstances. They are valid for one month.

AIRYOGA subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
In special cases (e.g. moving away, prolonged illness, accident) the subscription/pass can be transferred to another person. Such a request must be made in writing to zuerich@airyoga.com.

AIRYOGA subscriptions cannot be cancelled.

The term of subscriptions and passes is binding.
Subscriptions that have been paid for but not used or only partially used expire after their period of validity. There is no entitlement to a refund.

Subscription interruption (Time Stop)
In the event of illness, accident or pregnancy, all passes can be interrupted for the duration of the absence. The illness/accident/pregnancy must be reported immediately in writing to zuerich@airyoga.com. A medical certificate (sports certificate) must be submitted in all cases.

Private lessons / Workshops
Agreed dates for private lessons are binding. If they are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the full amount is due.

Changes to studio operations
Changes to the timetable or teaching staff can be made at any time.
There is no entitlement to a refund.
